Candy Cane Cookies ‘n’ Cream Ice Cream

Remember when I showed off the delightful package of holiday cookies I got from Tofugirl?  Well, I also shared a few photos of the brownie bites I had made, but only mentioned my other holiday creation: candy cane cookies ‘n’ cream ice cream.   Tofugirl demanded (well, suggested) that I get a photo of that for all to see, and since she gave me those amazing cookies, I figured it was the least I could do. ^_^

      Haha… I’m just imagining you receiving a soggy box of melted ice cream and realizing this wasn’t the best idea… I wish I could send you some.. here in Chi-town it’s not even cold enough to keep it frozen outside (that’s not complaining, btw!)

    Mmm. I love ice cream. What a a fun combination of flavors here. I think I’m going to have to bust out the ice cream maker for this one.

      Thanks Russell!  I have the Kitchenaid attachment and I love it!  So much easier than the kind where you need ice and salt.  Thanks for your comment!
